Returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The only exceptions are bespoke and made-to-order items, which we're not able to take back or refund unless they're faulty.

We will refund the full price of the item, minus any shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, upon receipt of the item. Note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches our return address, therefore please ensure that you pack any returns safely to prevent damage during shipping.

Handmade

All the pottery at Mr Potter is hand thrown. Each item is therefore unique and may differ slightly in size, shape or colour to the images shown online, unless it’s a “one-off” piece.

We believe the perfect imperfections of our items are what makes each Mr Potter piece special.

Damaged Items

While we pride ourselves on packaging items with as much care and protection as possible, we know that very occasionally problems can arise.

If, when your items are delivered, you notice they’re damaged or broken, simply take a photo and get in touch with us within 48 hours so we can sort it out for you.
